An Atlantic dive destination unlike anywhere else

May 15th - May 17th

2026

Bermuda sits quietly in the Atlantic, shaped by a reef system that exists at the very edge of where coral can survive. These are the northernmost coral reefs in the ocean, flourishing in cool, clear water where light, depth, and time shape every detail.

Scattered beyond the reef lie more than 300 shipwrecks, their steel and timber gradually claimed by coral and marine life. What were once working vessels have become elegant underwater landmarks, softened by colour and movement.

In Bermuda, history does not vanish. It evolves.

The Destination

The Festival

Bermuda Dive Festival exists to celebrate the ocean as our backyard and to showcase that Bermuda offers some of the best diving anywhere in the Atlantic.  This is about putting a global spotlight on the quality, diversity, and accessibility of Bermuda’s underwater world and making sure more people know it exists.  The festival brings together divers, locals, operators, scientists, and visitors to experience the island’s reefs, wrecks, and marine life while creating tangible benefits for the community.  It supports local dive shops, boat operators, guides, restaurants, and small businesses, driving shoulder-season travel, and strengthens Bermuda’s position as a serious dive destination rather than a hidden secret.  At its core, the festival celebrates what Bermuda already has, builds pride locally, and turns world-class diving into a shared cultural and economic asset for the island.
